What is Front Desk Pro?

It's a bundle: an AI receptionist on your website that answers questions and books appointments 24/7, plus online booking, plus 20 social posts a month with full management, plus website care. $897/month, no contract, locked at that rate for 12 months. Built and run in Castle Rock.

How fast can I launch?

Most clients are live in 48 hours from kickoff. The discovery call is 15 minutes; we build, train, and embed within two business days; you start booking the same week.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel any month and we shut things down at the end of your current cycle. We don't believe in lock-in.

What's the first-month satisfaction guarantee?

If we haven't moved the needle in your first 30 days — bookings, calls answered, posts shipped — we part ways and you owe nothing for month two. We eat the setup cost.

Is there a setup fee?

Front Desk Pro setup ($497 value) is waived when you sign up at the bundle price. Standalone Front Desk is $497 setup. Other à la carte add-ons have their own setup pricing on the homepage.

Will the chatbot sound like me?

Yes. We train it on your services, prices, voice, and the way you answer customers. We tune it together over the first week. It will not give canned generic responses; it'll talk like a real person who works there.

Does it know my services and prices?

Whatever you tell us, it knows. Services, prices, hours, location, what's in season, the questions you get most often — we load all of it during onboarding. You can update anytime by emailing us.

What happens at 11pm? Does it really answer?

Yes — that's the whole point. It answers every chat, every form, every after-hours question. If a customer wants to book Saturday at 10am, it confirms the slot and texts you the details in the morning.

What if the chatbot doesn't know an answer?

It's trained to politely defer and offer to book a 15-minute call with you instead, or take their email so we can follow up. It will not make things up. If we see it failing on a question repeatedly, we update its training that week.

Do you charge per chat message or per call?

No. Front Desk Pro is a flat $897/month — unlimited chats, unlimited bookings, unlimited posts. Same with the standalone tiers. No per-seat, per-message, or per-call fees.

Do I have to be in Castle Rock to work with you?

No. We're built in Castle Rock and most of our clients are on the Front Range, but we work with service businesses anywhere in the US. The AI doesn't care where you are.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade between Front Desk Pro, Front Desk standalone, and any of the social-media tiers anytime. We pro-rate at the next billing cycle.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. Conversations and bookings are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We don't sell, share, or use your customer data for anything outside running your front desk. Full data export on request.

How is this different from a generic AI chatbot like ChatGPT?

A generic AI doesn't know your hours, prices, services, or how to book on your calendar. We trained ours on your specific business and wired it into your booking system. It also has a satisfaction guarantee — generic AI doesn't.
